Tackled an issue where suddenly no sound would be produced (issue introduced in iOS 12.3.1)

Added a protection against possible "infinitely-decaying-slide" phenomenon when the synth does not receive a note-off during a sliding note. After 12 consecutive slides or reaching near-silence while sliding, the synth engine will assume something is wrong and reset the amp section for the next note.
