Visual REST Client brings a native API workspace to iPhone and iPad. Open your .rest and .http files, edit requests with focused controls, and inspect the responses. Move from a quick check on your phone to a three-column workspace on iPad.
BUILD AND SEND REQUESTS
Choose an HTTP method, edit URLs, query parameters and headers, and send requests from one place. Work with raw bodies, JSON, forms, multipart data and file uploads. Organize requests into collections and find the one you need with search.
EDIT JSON VISUALLY
Explore objects and arrays as a tree. Add or edit properties, change value types, and find nested values. Switch between the structured editor and raw text as your work demands.
WORK WITH GRAPHQL
Write queries and mutations with separate query and variable editors. Format queries, inspect syntax diagnostics, choose an operation, and review GraphQL data and errors.
UNDERSTAND EVERY RESPONSE
Check HTTP status, timing and response size. Read response bodies, expand JSON previews, inspect headers and the sent request, search response text, and revisit response history. Save response bodies to Files or share them with another app.
MANAGE AUTH AND ENVIRONMENTS
Use Basic, Bearer and OAuth 2.0 authentication, including PKCE. Reuse file and environment variables, store secrets in Keychain, and extract values from responses for later requests. Inspect cookies and enable confirmations for production environments.
KEEP YOUR REQUESTS PORTABLE
Work with ordinary .rest and .http documents through Files and folders. Import Postman collections and environments, use .env values, and export requests as cURL. Autosave and draft recovery help you continue where you left off.
BUILT FOR IPHONE AND IPAD
Native controls, searchable lists and editors keep the interface familiar. On iPad, see your files, requests and editor together, with keyboard shortcuts for common actions.
No Visual REST Client account is required. Requests connect to the endpoints you choose. Files stored with iCloud Drive or another file provider follow that provider's sync settings. Sending requests and signing in to API services require a network connection.
