This app should help you to stay woke. With a notification you will be reminded that you are in charge how you spend your time. You can even change the text of the notification to accommodate your motivational needs. Who is this app for? This app is for everybody who catches himself grinding through endless feeds of garbage content without realising how you spend your attention. How does it work? You set an interval how often you want you want to be reminded. Then turn notifications on and your notifications will start popping up in the set interval.
