Know what every shift is really worth.
Work & Pay is a private hours, shift, and wage tracker for hourly workers, students, and freelancers. Track one-off or recurring shifts, changing hourly rates, paid and unpaid breaks, tips, and multiple jobs without an account or spreadsheet.
TRACK HOURS AND PAY
• Track shifts, including work across midnight
• Use multiple hourly rates within one shift
• Add breaks, tips, notes, and different currencies
• Plan recurring and future shifts
• Review upcoming and past work in a calendar
• Optionally sync shifts with Apple Calendar
UNDERSTAND YOUR EARNINGS
Work & Pay calculates worked and paid time, base pay, tips, total earnings, average hourly wage, and effective earnings per hour. Different currencies always remain separate.
The core tracking features stay free. Premium adds detailed statistics and optional travel and cost tracking, helping you understand what you really earn after expenses and invested time.
Your data stays locally on your device. No account is required. Work & Pay also supports Dark Mode, Dynamic Type, regional formats, and VoiceOver-friendly controls.
