Easy to use and great UI

I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and it really helps me to stay motivated during fasting. The user interface is great and the design is also soo cute!! Can’t recommend this enough to anyone that’s considering Intermittent Fasting. And it’s free!!

Don’t bother with this app

Simply using a calendar and setting two daily reminders will do what this app does. The rest of the bells and whistles in this Zero app are just pointless. When Zero was new, it’s developers packed some useful features into it. Now, Zero has lost these features, has been unresponsive to user feedback in its own forums, and wants to charge too much money for Zero Plus, which has nothing that isn’t already available elsewhere for free. Skip this app. Put down this iPhone. Have a great day.

The free Zero app will always be available to you free of charge and we haven't locked any previously free features behind a paywall or gotten rid of them. I have been intermittent fasting for 3 years already and I never thought to use an application. But I wanted to track my actual times because people ask me about it and I want to be able to show a chart. I like the Science article part too!
