The 100 Dips application includes the following functionality:
- Workout levels from 0 to 100 push-ups
- quick stats (your current average push-up level, current program, status and medals)
- You will not miss a workout, the app has a reminder function
- warm up before workouts and cool down after
- the ability to change the program in case of unsuccessful training
- History of doing push-ups

Program Rules: Perform the test before starting training. The test is to determine what the maximum number of push-ups you can do at a time. Now, based on the test result, select a program and start training. Press the button after each set to call the rest timer (rest for the recommended time or change according to your feelings). Observe a rest and proper diet.
