The app as I’ve read from comments has an issue when it comes to the otp number that was a year ago
One year down the line it still doesn’t work sends the otp number almost 5 minutes later past it’s valid time and when you call customer support they tell you that your phone is the issue and not their app
I was at a counter was utterly embarrassed because I had to return everything cause the otp wasn’t working such a big brand like this only to have mediocre service
Might as well just close my account

Lately the App takes too long to verify transactions and often than desirable the verification becomes unsuccessful. It’s a huge annoyance since it can compromise security. Developers, kindly make the process seamlessly straightforward.
