Security Feature
Kindly fix the security feature that keeps making one reset the app when you change to a different handset. There has to be another way to prove one is the owner. It is inconvenient. All in all the rest is okay.
Bad experience
...very bad experience with this app. Downloaded the app, made a deposit and now I’m unable to withdraw the funds or do any transactions till I visit the a branch, very inconvenient.. after the branch visit I have to wait a few more days for my account to be activated so that I’m able to transact with the app. I don’t understand it, basi there shouldn’t be an option to deposit if the app isn’t gonna let you withdraw without first visiting the nearest branch.
Once my account is reactivated I’m withdrawing my cash and uninstalling the app 🤧😡
