Wanted to set up trial to test it since wanted to explore some features and it refused my card and refunded only to claim the card has been used on a free trial and asked me to go ahead and subscribe. I have never heard of a company requiring you to be a paid client for you to access their support team. Very shocked that a global company can have such horrible experience for people looking to use product before buying
