Fit for purpose
Happy with the app, fits my purpose and it’s quality. Only add on should be on noting delivery when one orders for more than one item please have delivery make the number of items delivered. Say if I make two orders on the same order number and one is delivered the app notes that all have been delivered yet the case maybe only one has been delivered, therein you may run into disputes and unnecessary complaints. This affected me and through follow up it was professionally resolved.
Otherwise I am a happy customer.

My review towards Jumia
First I LOVE this app!!! It has really helped me identify and obtain what I require for the last 1 year and I am truly happy, proud & grateful that I am an account holder to Jumia. The only issue I have is the issue of technology, where when I placed an order on a laptop, upon receiving it it didn’t have an OS so I felt cheated that time. Otherwise the issue was resolved and within a fortnight I got another one. Please Jumia do test the technology (appliance etc) that is ordered before delivering them to your customers. Thanks for being there for me and have a blasting new year. Jumia Rocks!!!

As you know Jumia is a Marketplace and we do not own any product; we're just an intermediate between you, dear customers, and different sellers.. and this kind of items does have some sort of warranty tickets that prevents us from opening them and examining. But we do a quality check for the majority of the rest.
And please note that any seller found to be selling ingenuine or faulty products we get his shop delisted from Jumia.

I think sometimes i would rather wait a day or two for the product i ordered to arrive than go and spend the entire day in town looking for something.
Its becoming alittle dangerous on how i am being enslaved by jumia. There services are so amazing.
2 years down and i have never been let down. Keep up the work. Am probably ordering something else right now😂😂😂😂
