The app has a bug that gives you the wrong service charge when doing pesalink transactions. All pesalink transactions displays a service charge of 0. While in actual sense, the service charge varies based on the amount. This is misleading people to think that pesalink transactions are free while in reality, they are charged in your account based on the amount. Also, it would be nice if the app had a way of storing vendor/beneficiary so that users don’t have to input payment all the time.

Finally a version that works, albeit in a long time.

Just one thing that makes me not wanna give it 5 stars, why is it not possible to add our authenticated and activated prepaid cards so that we can load cash directly from within the app?its way faster and more convenient than *522# approach. Haven’t been able to add my Pepea cards since several versions ago. Could you fix that please?

THE APP ISN’T WORKING!

So, i have downloaded and re-downloaded the app close to 10 times, wrote to KCB about it and no one seems to be working on fixing it.

A lot of things are just off, buttons not responding when tapped on, sometimes when trying to connect to your account after entering pin, gives back an error message (fyi data was on here so my sim was the one in use, and my account is active). I can go on about it.

Bottom line, very disappointed! KCB is a huge bank, this shouldn’t be happening.
