This has happened a lot in the last week.
It would be great to have facial recognition feature too!

Paid loan on time so l wanted a top up cause of emergency … keeps on saying wait for 30 minutes and on the mobile app am very qualified so what could be the issue???

I would appreciate if we add a face recognition feature. It would help me avoid keying in the pin all the time. That will add more security on the pin, the more you key in the pin the easier it is for someone to master
