Since yesterday I have not received any credit. I called your number which keeps telling me that I have requested a call back. When you finally call back, I can’t even hear your agent after he introduces himself as Brian. I have tried calling other people and they can hear me just fine.
No longer works and has never been updated
Can’t buy airtime using mpesa. Its month since this glitch and the app has not been updated by the developers.
Horrible
Mobile app is absolutely crap, keeps on crashing.
Most bank Visa Infinite Cards payments fail. When asked customer support, they are completely clueless.
For a platform that needs to make payments convenient, Pesapal is inconvenience at its highest.
