Can’t run on IOS 12
The App can’t run on lower IOS versions whilebother banks have Apps that can. This just developer laziness and big loss to the bank. Anyway it’s a tier 3 bank. Expected.
The App keeps crashing
For a banking up this is one of the worst in the market
It doesn’t have merchant features
Cannot generate a full statement
It crashes thrice before operations meaning can be very unsafe
