Update the app!
This app is has been really helpful especially when depositing to MMF but it needs an update to the UI and UX!
Multiple parts of the app feel clunky, from the sign in experience to being able to withdraw money and displaying details about the different saving plans available.
Some sections of the app don’t fit very well on an iPhone 13mini screen (I believe it will also affect the 13 as well) e.g the splash screen when opening the app.
The app is in desperate need of an overhaul! Looks like an app from 10 years ago.
Please fix.
Worst App Ever - IOS user don’t download
I have only been able to log into this app 3 times in a span of 3 years…I wonder what’s the point of an app that never loads and keeps asking for an non-existent update. Britam tech team only had one job to do. I guess it’s a technology-extension of pathetic customer care :(
App asking for a non existent updated version
I can’t log into the app coz is says I have an older version and should download version 7. The mentioned version is not available on App Store so I can’t actually use the app. Pathetic.
