Our Digital Service Assistant is available around the clock directly on your mobile device. You can access our entire service portfolio at any time and get fast help in case of service.

Use our services, such as hotline, spare parts and repairs, via smartphone directly in the production environment. The app offers high usability and easy identification of our components. A query of status information of the machine enables the correct further steps to be initiate and, if desired, all relevant data to be transmitted directly to us. Through easy registering our Rexroth components via app, you have further advantages.

Version 2.2

Service Availability Indicator
It is now possible to view the service availability of products in the detailed overview. This gives the customer the opportunity to see for himself whether all services are still possible for the products he uses.
The following services are displayed:
• Spares
• Repair
• Product overhaul
• Fieldservice

Checking the Order Status
In the new "My Orders" function, the user can check the order status of his repair. Here he can see in which process step it is located.
These are currently divided into the following steps:
• Transaction Arrived
• Operation confirmed
• Task in progress
• Operation Complete
• Operation Shipped
If the order is in the status "Process shipped", a link to the shipment tracking will also be displayed, if available. This then leads to the respective page of the forwarding company and you can track your shipment there.

Downloading the AASX File
It is now also possible to download the AASX file of the administration shell via the DSA app.
This is only possible if the corresponding data is available on the backend system for the product.

New option for sending the request
When making a request, another function has now been added where the user can choose whether he wants to send the request to Bosch Rexroth at the same time in the case of internal forwarding.
This option is now available in all service request options and can be used.
