因不需要安排服務生執行點餐、菜色說明...任務，且平板電腦內建的服務鈴能讓服務生調度更靈活（不需看顧固定區域）、服務更快速（服務鈴內建選項，讓服務生不須至桌邊聽取顧客需求，即可先準備相關事物），可大量減少服務生的人力需求，進而節省營運人事成本。
此外，平板電腦在顧客點餐之餘能化身為桌邊多媒體行銷系統，以重複播放餐廳行銷活動的相關圖片或是影片方式，來增加活動的曝光度。
