Customer service doesn't protect you
Agoda is so easy to accept anyone who would open a "residence page" on the app even without real proof they belong to the building. So I booked a residence in Jakarta and found that the page I booked through is a FAKE page with SCAMMER owner who didn't put any information on the residence page, which was my fault I didn't recheck the page before booking, it appeared "normal" like other Agoda pages.
I went to the residence via Google maps, the residence is real but the page is fake, I didn't find any booking on my name, I checked my itinerary I didn't find a specific address or phone number, I found out that the residence name used on the scammer page is a compound of apartments and hotels, on my itinerary not mentioned which apartment or hotel, I had to check at every single apartment and hotel but of course nothing.
After reporting the case to Agoda customer service they literally did nothing and asked me to proof "where did I book instead" and didn't give me any time to reply and closed the case.

Convenient app
Really favourable to this app, I have so many options when choosing a place to stay. I also able to get the price cheaper than paying at the place. Recommend for everyone
