irresponsible and unprofessional in ticketing booking (specifically that one concert).
system charged from customers bank account and no ticket issued. took 3 days to reply to customers and the solution was to refund without any notice. bad experience.
Know ur Limit
Know ur limit before accepting any event like this. It took u 3 days to post ‘Sorry’ letter and all u blame is on ‘Many people rush to buy the ticket in one time’. Bro, u expect us to go one by one?
All u did was a refund and compensation at all. Sorry but app like this shouldn’t be supported.
