I lose all my progress!

The game always disconnect form my Apple ID or my FB’s account! When I connect with my account all my progress gone and start from beginning! At first I don’t mind to start from the XS shark but after playing a few hours later game disconnect from my account again! After Connecting with my Apple’s account I start from the beginning again !Yesterday I got ancient megalodon Today I lose all sharks! A few hour ago I got a M shark Now I lose all sharks again
