I used Kayla’s PDFs years ago and later tried lifting on my own, but eventually I felt lost without a clear program. So I decided to come back to Sweat, and I’ve been using the app for the past two years. Honestly, I love it.One of the best things about the app is the variety. No matter what phase of life you’re in, there’s a program for you. Whatever training style you prefer, you’ll find it in the app — from strength training, strength + high intensity, HIIT, interval training, Pilates, yoga etc.,to workouts you can do at home or in the gym.I also really appreciate that every workout includes guided warm-ups and cool-downs. I used to skip these because I just wanted to get straight into the workout, but having them built into the program makes it much easier to actually do them. The workouts themselves are fully guided, with the trainers’ voices telling you what to do and how many reps to perform. It almost feels like having a personal trainer with you.Another feature I love is being able to track the weights you use for each movement. No more random notes on my phone or pieces of paper that get lost — everything is saved in the app. There’s also a huge on-demand section with lots of additional workouts and challenges if you feel like doing something extra after finishing your scheduled workout. The only thing I’d love to see added is a proper running program with guided runs. I love running, and at the moment I need to use a separate app for that. If Sweat added structured running programs, it would truly be the perfect all-in-one fitness app.Overall though, I have no complaints — it’s an amazing app and has helped me stay consistent and motivated for the past two years. 💪✨
