The app experience was great. One thing though, I would love a feature to login via some shorts of email account in addition to the personal number verification with OTP. The OTP is a secure way to get access, but since my number is on an eSIM iPad, which is a very complicated way to work around since the normal text OTP messages would not get through, and transferring the eSIM back and forth is a bit too exaggerating. Hence worth mentioning that I could not get access to my SmartNas Account with my iPad’s eSIM, to the app which I couldn’t get my service renewed. Through the banking apps data packs service, and pinless balance refills, I would have to wait my account to magically renewed on its own without the app access.

I have used this sim for over 1-2 years now, and the problems I have with it is that it's not that stable of a connection usually with Cellcard or with other providers they usually maintain a stable connection but as for "Smart" they would not provide stable connections whenever you're inside of a house or within a province like Siem Reap or near Puok, I have noticed this is a big problem too in the city since it has been slow lately for no reason. It feels like a multi million dollar company could do better and provide better signals within their own country. If the country was providing internet to other countries aswell I would have to say that the internet provider is having a hard task to do providing such services across multiple countries but as for one country alone they couldn't even provide stable connections within one single province, I would have to assume they would not be able to do such of a great job providing to other countries outside of Cambodia. All I want is a stable connection within the country and not have to constantly stand outside with the mosquitoes just to get a good connection at night time, I even had to get a different phone and leave it outside just to hotspot it to my phone to use as night. As everything I have said this is a good internet provider, but they cannot maintain a stable connection.

App crashes at start every time. This issue has started to appear a few days ago. It appears like the server has some problem.Feature Request:Currently there is an SMS text message when you used up 80% of the StreamOn package to alert the user that their real balance is about to be use to pay for the data if the package is finish. For iPad users, they cannot receive that text message. To make it better,- Add the option to enable Push Notification for such alerts.- 20% left of the data is quite plenty for the StreamOn 8 package, set it to send out 3 alerts 80%, 90%, 95%. So the user will not miss the alerts.- I’m sure all these years there are too many users who went to support and complain about their real balance in the account has ben used up to 0 because Smart failed to warn them about their package is about to finish. I’m one of them, I used to loss almost $50, sometime $20. To prevent it from happening to the customers, just have an option in the app which to stop client from using internet data when there is no more data balance left in the package. Call it something like “disable data when package balance reach zero”, or “internet data from package only” or something. Statistically no one wants to use data with their real balance, they whether exchange it or select a package. When they have used up the exchange balance or package balance their real balance is gone without any good warning. Find a solution for the issue, it’s been years. Make the data cost lower with the real balance, and/or add the option to disable data when the package is finish.

After updating my app to the newest version. It is abit hard to use in terms of UI and experience. The app make my device abit slow down while I am in the app. Moreover the interface hard to focus due to colorful interface too much gradient even on the history button is also use gradient. Too much the animation on the SmartVIP label, ads banners, and Rabbit animations I think this is should be optimized. One more the quick menu, the label text animation below the Icon smart cybersecurity is so distracting. I found out the app is hard to compare to old version. It should be improved. My device is IPhone 15 Pro Max , app version 5.0.0
