This OKX is a scam exchange

I think I must have the solution for my transaction from OKX WEB3 into OKX exchange platform. The transaction wasn’t support the token on OKX exchange, why you still accept the transaction? You said there is the risk of losing my asset if the transaction to your OKX exchange is not support, you must return those token back into the original wallet address but you are said there is no solution. Your service is very low, Binance and Trust wallet is better to solve this issue. If you cannot return those token into the original wallet address wallet I will recommend this OKX exchange was a scam exchange. Just return my token asset.
