Woori Bank has developed the Mobile Banking Application to allow customers to access their account management and conduct financial transactions at their convenience, seven days a week.

Customers can use the Mobile Banking Application to:
Check the balance and information of their Woori Bank account(s).

- View transaction history record and execute account statement up to 6 months.
- Make a transfer between own accounts, and to other account(s) within Woori Bank.
- Make a transfer from Woori Bank account to other account(s) of other Financial Institutions that are part of the real time FAST Payment Service of the National Bank of Cambodia and Bakong.
- Make loan repayment for own loan account or others within Woori Bank.
- Top up mobile phone balance by PINLESS or PIN.
- Pay your utilities billing.
- Register/Restore Bakong Account
- Make Bakong Transactions such as: Send, Receive, Deposit, QR Pay.
- Make Fund Transfer from CASA to CASA
- Make Payment via QR Pay
- Make Fund Transfer from Account to Account through Real-Time Fund Transfer (RFT) system.
- Make Fund Transfer from Account to Phone Number through Real-Time Fund Transfer (RFT) system.
- Generate and Share QR Code Fast and Convenient by Using Quick Scan Function
- Share Your Transaction Detail Fast and Convenient by Using Share Function
- View Exchange rate on Home screen with the exchange rate in USD/KHR, USD/THB, THB/KHR.

Great app & Need fixed deposit function

I really like the app it’s very convenient. However, I would request for open fixed deposit function please

Should improve on app reactivation

I tried to reactivated my account but it’s popped up message that I inputted wrong user name and pin. But I remember both. Anyways, I already went to the branch and they logged in for me. When I backed home, the app auto log out and message popped up that my account is logged in on another device.
Should be improve on this because this is not my first time. The last time, I changed my phone and I also went to branch but when I backed home, I also faced the same issue as now. It took some times to solve the issue.
So should improve on your app. It’s very hard to log in by myself!!

Need to improve interface

Good interes rate!
But the App is still poor in the interface. The lower middle quick button should be a scan to pay button instead of seeing history. The join account should be able to rename, otherwise get confusing.
