HatPick can help you make decisions or do any number of things that require random choices...and you don't need a hat to use this app!! You create your own categories (up to 4) and a set of choices (up to 4) within each category. Each choice has a counter so you can have multiple 'slips' for each choice. When you're ready, drop them in the hat and make your selection!
A paid version is also available that eliminates ads and the limitations on categories and choices.
