At MTHD 434, we believe that movement is meant to be enjoyed. We are focused on creating a fun, welcoming, and inclusive environment where everybody - no matter your fitness level - can feel safe while getting a great workout. The Xformer is loosely based on the traditional Pilates reformer, but takes it up a notch. Our customized Xformers are built to give you a low-impact, high-intensity workout every time by utilizing time under tension to take your muscles to failure!
