• 设置目标值，达成时收到提醒（需授权通知）
• 主按钮、音量键计数；摇晃或按钮一键重置并保存
【统计与导出】
• 统计页：今日 / 本周 / 本月 总计数、记录次数、平均每次
• 每日统计柱状图，趋势一目了然
• 历史记录导出 CSV，可分享、用 Excel 打开，便于汇报与存档
