교통안전 스마트 알리미 강릉은 스마트폰 기반 보행자 교통 안전 서비스를 제공합니다.
본 서비스는 "2023년 ITS 혁신기술 공모사업(국토교통부)"를 통해 도입된 것으로, 2023년 3월 기준 강릉시 일부 지역에서만 서비스를 이용하실 수 있습니다.(향후 서비스 확대 예정).

서비스 지역: 강원 강릉시 성산면 일대(성산면사무소, 성산초등학교 주변)
서비스 기간: 2023.11 ~ 2025.12
■ 스마트폰을 이용한 위험 경고
스마트폰만 보유하고 있다면 위험 알림 제공 서비스를 받을 수 있습니다.
■ C-ITS 인프라와 연동하여 교통안전 특화 서비스 제공
주변 CCTV 및 교통체계 인프라와 연동하여 다양한 안전 서비스를 제공 받습니다.
- 시야 미확보지역에서의 차량 접근 알림 및 충돌 경고
- 도로횡단 사고 예방 및 무단 횡단 계도
- 신호등 정보 연동 대기 시간 알림
■ 국도 보행자 보호를 위한 안전 서비스 제공
차도, 인도, 주차장 등이 혼재된 국도 환경에서 보행자를 위한 안전 서비스를 제공합니다.
차량 뿐만 아니라 오토바이, 킥보드, 자전거 등 다양한 수단으로부터 위험 알림을 제공합니다.

- 위치: 항상 사용 중. 백그라운드에서도 현 위치 검색, 위험 상황 알림
- 전화: 접속기기 인증, 회원 정보 확인
- 저장 공간: 나의 모드 저장, 위험 상황 기록
- 신체 활동: 신체 활동 감지, 백그라운드에서도 동작 중, 자동 모드 변경 기능 시 필요
