낚시해(海) 낚시해(海)는 ’18년도 해양수산부 수산정보통합시스템 2차 구축사업의 일환으로 수산분야 시스템구축 및 고도화에 대한 수요조사를 실시, 소득복지과와 수산자원정책과와 협업을 통해 낚시어선 승선신고 관리의 편의성 제공 및 해양안전사고 예방, 방재기관의 대국민 구난활동 지원을 위한 서비스 앱 입니다.
주요 기능
1. 낚시어선 관련 정보 실시간 제공
- 낚시어선의 선장 해기사 자격, 선박제원, 선박검사(합격/불합격), 낚시어선업 신고 여부 등 안전관련 및 행정정보를 해경 및 승선자에게 실시간 제공
2. 긴급구조(SOS 기능) 및 승선정보 공유
- 승선자가 낚시海 앱을 이용해 승선정보를 상용메신저, SMS, 이메일 등으로 지인에게 공유
- 낚시어선 운항 중 긴급상황 발생시 긴급구조 요청
> 구조 요청시 스마트폰 위치정보(GPS), 낚시어선 승선자정보, 비상연락처 등을 해경 담당자가 실시간으로 확인 가능
- 낚시海 앱을 이용해 승선신고한 선장, 승선자에게 기상악화 등에 따른 긴급상황 실시간 전파
3. 편의기능
- 단 한번의 등록으로 스마트폰 변경 전까지 "낚시海" 앱을 간편하게 이용
> 번거로운 개인정보 입력을 반복적으로 할 필요없이 단 한번의 등록으로 원터치 승선신고 가능
- 스마트폰이 없을 경우 선장용 "낚시海" 앱으로 승선신고 가능
- 조석(물때), 기상등 다양한 정보를 연계(링크)하여 실시간 제공
- QR코드로 간편하게 승선자 명부 등록 및 확인
