There's also a summary page for consulting with doctors or people close to you, and you can even make chronological notes of events. Taking detailed notes can be really helpful for later treatment! You can record symptoms in five categories: ・Date of onset, date of recovery, current status ・Summary of symptoms ・Past medical history ・Medications ・Event recording in timeline format ・Feel free to use them as needed to keep your body in good condition! We paid special attention to usability when implementing this app. I hope it can be of some help to your healthcare. 【Premium Service】 ■ Unlocked Features ・Hide in-app advertisements ・Record photos ・Unlock record limit ・Passcode lock feature ■ Duration It will automatically renew one month from the application date. You will be charged through your iTunes account. ■ About Auto-renewal If it is more than 24 hours before the end of the registration period, you can stop automatic renewal.
