Focus is a gamified focus study timer app to help people better manage their time and focus on the important things in their lives. Sometimes self-discipline is just not enough to keep us away from the phones. Focus Plant uses HealthKit to read mindfulness data from 3rd party apps including but not limited to Forest, Flora, Plantie, Flipd, Study Bunny, Quality Time, Liquid Text, Emphasis, Flat Tomato, Focus Keeper, Finch, Clickup, Study Buddy, Socratic, Study Blue, SleepTown, Calm, and Headspace. Make sure to grant all permissions when asked to authorize the Health App to make it work.
