암환자분들은 치료 중 또는 수술 및 퇴원 후 건강 관리에 어려움이 많습니다. 퇴원 후에는 영양 관리나 증상 관리, 운동 및 활동량 관리에 대한 전문가의 조언을 받을 수 없게 되며 병원에서 교육받더라도 실제 일상생활에 적용하기가 쉽지 않습니다.
