Affairs app is designed with three main features, the first is with an intention to providing services for Nigerian in Nigeria and in Diaspora with a messaging feature for individuals to reach out to there chosen emergency contacts in time of distress to help them get support from persons they selected and added their phone number as emergency contact, this will help to close the gap for lack of emergency support from the government agencies and help individual send message of their emergency with their real time location and share their current distress and location within an average time of three seconds. This feature is primary designed to support emergency communication between family members and close friend only and its limited for use by adult who are 18 years and above only.
The second feature is designed to provide emotional support and create awareness on mental health support issues, educate people against the traditional stigmatization on mental health and need to always get support, encourage government official and parents on the need to get mental health checkup and provide individuals with this platform to seek for relationship advise and therapy and receive the necessary support within the platform without feeling judged and by evaluating the individuals situation and matching them with the right support.
The third feature is a dating app designed to provide connection among Nigerians in and outside Nigeria, although their are many dating apps within Nigerian and Africa but none of those has the feature to translate its communications to the native dialect and this make it impossible for the over 70 million Nigerians who can't communicate with English to be left out in the dating pool and their means of establishing relationship with a match doesn't properly align with Nigerian traditional ideal way of finding love within the Nigerian community. Most importantly does not have any feature to possible address the security challenges that is faced by the dating population within Nigeria which we have added to the affairs to provide the most needed safe atmosphere for meeting stranger on dates. Affairs incorporate Nigerian dating tradition and with a motive to create a community for Nigerian across globe to find suitable date with a common value and understanding.
