E-Learning platform is creating to support and increase additional channel to support agent biz in term of sales performance and is mainly focused on new agent recruitment and existing agent by providing online training service and process of sharing knowledge through various channels. This online program will help to strengthen the agents’ skill and knowledge about the current product and services. moreover, we also to improve the quality of agents on service providing. This project will focus on the use of online learning to build the capacity of the Agent to provide quality professional development to enable administrators and trainers to integrate technology into the curriculum to meet standards. The online program will train faculty teams participating in this project to be online course design and delivery specialists who will design and deliver a rigorous program of standards-based technology-enhanced online courses for agents across all subject areas and grade levels. Participants will also be trained to use online tools to evaluate the effectiveness of the online professional development courses, and to use online assessment techniques to measure the impact of the online courses on practice and achievement. All curriculum materials created will be in alignment with the company standards. Participation in the online program will help agents achieve the following goals: 1. Build capacity to offer quality training to maximize of educators number 2. Maintains qualified products / services 3. Achieves high service standards 4. Provides information for new comers 5. Refreshes knowledge of existing agents 6. To achieves learning about new things; technology, products / service delivery 7. To eliminate any errors and mistakes 8.
