Can I change my language?

today I just subscribed again to learn Swedish.
but I didn’t know that language is separated with relevant apps.
so I mistakenly subscribed(in the original babbel app)to “French”, which I studied three years ago and also not intended to subscribe,
and now I got to know that I have to pay additional cost for Swedish, so I want to change the language from French to Swedish. how can I do that? plz.. I don’t have plan for French, and I subscribed for 6 months!! can you help me with that? changing learning language?

Hi, thanks for sharing your feedback. Since you purchased your subscription with Apple we are unable to change your learning language for you. The best option would be to cancel your subscription using the following instructions:
Open the iTunes store and scroll down to your Apple ID
View Apple ID
Tap Subscriptions
Tap the Babbel Subscription
Tap unsubscribe

I want to get refund but support always offline even not sending me email

I want to get refund but online support always offline never works. Even if your terms and conditions says that after paying for auto renewal subscription you will not refund but for that you should sent me email before renewal, but didn’t informed me, after payment informed me that renewed. And right after cancellation I cannot use service but will not refund money? It doesn’t make sense, same as fraud. It violates the rights of consumers. Many states, the U.S. federal government, and the EU have enacted laws governing auto-renewal offerings in an attempt to reduce this misjudgment. Late last year, the FTC warned in an enforcement policy letter and press release that it would increase its enforcement activity against illegal dark patterns (i.e., deceptive auto-renewal offerings). Auto-renewal laws generally compel companies to clearly and conspicuously notify consumers about what they are signing up for, obtain consumers’ affirmative consent to subscribe, provide an order acknowledgment, send a reminder notice (in some cases), and facilitate easy cancellation.
