Track behavior, collaborate with your team, and stay compliant with the BEHCA app!
BEHCA serves as an interactive support plan for the care team of individuals exhibiting challenging and complex behavior, enabling easy-to-use and customizable observation tracking that includes behavior, environment, and health-related factors. This empowers an individual’s circle of support with a high degree of insight into what influences behavior.
Notify parents, support staff, and other collaborators in real-time when documenting observations for an individual and receive alerts if scheduled medication is missed through the HIPAA-compliant Medication Administration Records (MAR and narcotic counting) system.
Analyze recorded data at the caliber demanded by professional behavior specialists with the automatically assembled and configurable Analysis Dashboard. Show reports and graphs on behavior (including Desirable, Warning, Challenging Behavior, and Intervention Strategies), environment and health data, as well as reports highlighting frequency, duration, and intensity of observations. Review the efficacy of interventions and medication supports based on real-time data and round-the-clock observation entry.
Support staff can check in and out of Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) sessions, which track their location, progress notes, and collect signatures from their visit. Staff can also review how many hours they have worked each month.
Submit Incident Reports directly from the mobile app, including photos and supporting documentation, and select the managerial staff who will review and complete the IR.
The BEHCA app is a companion to our web application to quickly and easily enter data. All data is synchronized with the BEHCA web app, which offers a multitude of customization and collaboration options.
