You can now print a note from your iPhone or iPad. Print lives in the ••• menu, and it's there whether you're reading a note or editing one. On iPad it's also in the toolbar above the note. Exported PDFs now use the standard paper size for your region instead of a fixed one, and printing uses whatever paper you pick in the print dialog. Exported files now take their name from the note's first line, so an export is easier to find later.

An improved iPad & iPhone experience: iPad gets a two-column layout with a slide-out folders sidebar and proper pull-down menus, new notes open inline, and the iPhone editor and Settings pick up native styling. More reliable backups: restoring with sync on no longer risks losing or duplicating your notes, notebooks, and attachments, and export no longer freezes on large libraries. Fixed: crashes that could happen while typing in the editor.

A new Font size setting in Settings (Appearance) scales the whole app, including the note list, editor, and reader, so you can pick a size that's comfortable to read. Fixed: the "Move to notebook" list now scrolls when you have many notebooks, instead of stopping at the last one that fit on screen.

• Share notes and notebooks with anyone in your group, even people who haven't started using Notes yet. • Shared notes show a colored share icon at a glance. • Sync progress bar only appears for longer operations. • Fixes: shared notes you own no longer appear read-only; the share indicator updates immediately.
