Improve your decision making at work or at home. With Decision Table you can build complex decisions in a transparent and clear format that stimulates discussion and reduces biases. Define a limited number of discrete decision outcomes (scenarios), and the criteria (factors) by which you will judge each of these scenarios. Use a mix of qualitative and quantitative criteria to capture how your values and metrics map to the decision options, and optionally highlight the recommended decision. Decision Table is a great tool for individuals and teams to capture in one place the range of options and influences discussed around important decisions and an easy way to bring that decision to the decision taker(s), if different. KEY FEATURES - traffic light factors (e.g. red/orange/yellow/green) - symbolic factors (e.g. up/flat/down arrows) - free text comment factors (with colour options) - numerical factors to record cost, duration, KPIs etc. - display key factors, with colour options, to facilitate easy references to scenarios - optional assumptions table to document incoming assumptions and givens - optional notes table to capture key other elements of the decision e.g. key discussion items - a "recommended scenario" option to highlight, if appropriate the preferred scenario to a decision maker - factor weighting to indicatively show the impact of lesser and more important factors - export to PDF file ALSO ON MAC Decision Table is available in near-identical format on Mac, iPad and iPhone. On smaller devices the decision matrix can be scrolled or zoomed to maintain readability. All versions read the same file format, using Apple's familiar file/document manager on each platform, meaning files can be accessed from common repositories such iCloud etc. from different devices, or by other users with appropriate permissions.

Version 2.0 of Decision Table brings the Mac, iPad and iPhone versions together with a number of enhancements: - new, improved grid display, with scroll bars when image is smaller than screen - drag to sort in factor header row and scenario header column - option to shade matrix cell backgrounds or leave unshaded - comment cells can have 3 different widths with control over font size - scenario rows can be 3 different heights - factor descriptions can be hidden in factor column headers - help files have moved online - decisions can be exported to a PDF file (formatted as shown on the screen)
