Call Switch allows you to open an app on another device while you're on an active call, then "pull" the call from the original device or app by tapping the notification at the top of the app, and continue the call on the other device you just opened.

In this update, we continue improving SMS chat functionality and experience. Specifically, for users assigned to multiple SMS phone numbers, the sender id will be automatically selected based on the previous choice, so they don't need to choose it for every message. The same applies if a customer has multiple phone numbers associated with their contact - the customer's phone number is automatically selected.
