The airline told me that I’m eligible for a refund but Flightnetwork does not want to refund me. They have been going around in circles. Please be cautious since they won’t help you should you miss your flight or want to cancel. Remember it’s better to book with the airline directly or if you want to use a third party I would recommend Travelstat or MyTrip, those two are way better than this
