HERE'S HOW IT WORKS
After a quick 45-second calibration, Flow Putt learns your personal baseline. From there, every session monitors five components of mental readiness — things like calm focus, relaxed concentration, and clean motor preparation — and combines them into a single readiness score. When that score hits your threshold, you get the trigger.
