The forMyHeart app offers a complete solution for monitoring blood pressure as well as various cardiovascular diseases. It was developed by Tessera, with the aim of making progress tracking easier for both the user and their doctor. It keeps record of all key data (blood pressure, oxygen saturation, body measurements, activity, medication etc), it analyzes data and exports detailed reports that enables your everyday life. KEY FEATURES: - A logbook for blood pressure, ECG, oxygen saturation, body measurements, meals, activities, medications and lab tests - Automatic data entry using 3rd-party apps and blood pressure monitors with Bluetooth connection like: Google Fit, Withings and Beurer BM85 - Effortless manual data entry - Export and share reports - BMI, GFR and ASCVD calculators - Your latest measurements in the dashboard at a glance - Data presentation with semantic colors - Offline support. View, add, or modify data, even when there is no network connection and sync when the device is back online - Track your progress with useful charts - Real-time data sharing with healthcare providers - Sending an emergency SOS via SMS message - Reminders of measurements, medications, appointments etc - Multi-language support (English, Ελληνικά) - Login with your Apple, Facebook or Google account - Support different units for distance (km or miles) and weight (kg or lbs)
