저는 프로젝트 관리를 이유로 Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Notion 등 여러 앱들을 사용해봤습니다. 여러 프로젝트가 타임라인에 의해 시각적으로 보여야했고 의존성 화살표로 연결하는 기능은 매우 중요했습니다. 하지만 Jira는 Epic에서만 타임라인 관리가 가능했고 너무 무겁습니다. Asana는 빠르고 예쁘지만 요금이 비싸고 `나 혼자` 여러 팀의 프로젝트를 관리하기엔 부적합합니다. 모든 팀원들이 Asana에 추가되어있어야하기에 혼자 프로젝트 관리하는 기능은 제한적입니다. ClickUp은 난잡하고, Notion은 불필요한 기능이 너무 많습니다. 그리고 타임라인과 의존성 화살표를 제공하지만 간트 차트로 사용하기엔 노드의 색상을 변경하거나, 각 노드의 담당자를 지정하고 이를 한눈에 알아보기가 어렵습니다. QuickPlan 앱(MacOS, iPad, iPhone)을 구매한지 시간이 꽤 지났고, 사용하다가 iPad App은 필요없어서 환불했습니다. MacOS도 한두 달 사용하다가 뭔가 불편해서 Asana, Notion과 같은 앱으로 잠깐 이동했었는데 돌고돌아 결국 QuickPlan입니다. 이 앱은, 매우 강력한 Man/Hour 관리 기능과 서브 프로젝트 기능으로 팀 리더 뿐만 아니라 PM인 경우나, 자신이 회사 대표라고 하더라도 활용하기가 좋습니다. 특히 다른 멤버들과 공유하기 어려운 정보를 간트차트에 담아 사용하려고 하면 더더욱 빛을 발합니다. 이 앱은 개발해주신 개발팀에 진심으로 감사드립니다. 업데이트를 희망하는 부분은, MacOS와 iOS간 iCloud 연동을 더 매끄럽게 만들었으면 좋겠습니다. 현재 iOS에서는 일부러 Cloud 디렉토리를 열어서 MacOS의 Backup 파일을 찾아 열어야하는 수준으로 매우 불편합니다. // English: I have used various apps such as Jira, Asana, ClickUp, and Notion for project management. It was important for me to visually display multiple projects on a timeline and to have the ability to connect them with dependency arrows. However, Jira only allows timeline management at the Epic level and is too heavy. Asana is fast and visually appealing, but the pricing is high and it’s not suitable for managing multiple teams’ projects by myself. Since all team members need to be added to Asana, the functionality for solo project management is limited. ClickUp is cluttered, and Notion has too many unnecessary features. While both provide timelines and dependency arrows, using them as a Gantt chart makes it difficult to change node colors or assign and easily identify the person in charge of each node at a glance. It’s been quite a while since I purchased the QuickPlan app (MacOS, iPad, iPhone), and I ended up refunding the iPad app because I didn’t need it. I also used the MacOS version for a month or two, but found it inconvenient and briefly switched to apps like Asana and Notion, but ultimately came back to QuickPlan. This app, with its powerful man-hour management and sub-project features, is great not only for team leaders but also for PMs or even if you’re the company CEO. It especially shines when you want to include information in the Gantt chart that is difficult to share with other members. I am truly grateful to the development team for creating this app. One area I hope to see updated is smoother iCloud synchronization between MacOS and iOS. Currently, on iOS, you have to manually open the Cloud directory and find the MacOS backup file, which is very inconvenient.

It's good for personal scheduling purpose for me.But if the schedule can be managed by hours, it would be better for personal scheduling such as traveling, business trip and so on.Also, I hope the schedule can be implemented to calendar if possible.
