I have used the service for a year and I was one of the happy customers until I found that renewal price for the subscription is much more than New enrollment, since they give $119 sensors free for the new customers at $249 while existing customers like me has to pay $249 for renewal.Without the sensors.Can anyone understand this?I asked the company and they say it is RIGHT and I need to find their sale time to get anything under the price. Then so be it.I’ve never seen any companies who don’t value their existing customers prosper. I decided to not to renew the subscription so that my data would not go to the hands of people who doesn’t care.
