ServicePlanner는 여호와의 증인을 위한 야외봉사 및 연락(Contact)을 관리하는 앱입니다.
• Dropbox 동기화 - 관리 데이타의 자동 백업 및 여러 기기들과 자동 동기화합니다.
• Territory Helper와의 연계가 가능합니다.
• 오늘 화면 - 시간, 동영상, 출판물, 웹사이트 브라우저, 활동 계획, 오늘의 방문 약속 등의 정보를 바로 보여줍니다.
• 타이머 - 야외봉사 및 (LDC와 같은) "기타" 봉사 시간을 관리합니다. 오늘 화면에서 시간 막대를 슬쩍 건드리거나 앱 아이콘을 세게 눌러(force touch) 보세요.
• 연락 관리 - 연락 검색 기능과 함께 방문 기록을 관리합니다. 연락 유형별로 다른 색으로 표시하고, 방문 시기가 지났거나 임박한 방문을 다른 색으로 표시합니다. 목록 가운데 하나를 잡아서 밀면(Slide) 재방문 계획을 넣거나 조정할 수 있고, 길게 누르면 한꺼번에 여러 개를 선택하여 수정할 수 있습니다.
• 연락 방문 이력 및 라이브러리– 이전 방문을 포함한 방문 이력을 바로 보여줍니다. 방문 유형을 표시하기 위해 다른 색을 사용합니다. 다음 방문 날짜와 계획을 넣을 수 있습니다. 각 연락 별로 과거에 전한 모든 출판물을 보여 줍니다.
• 연락 필터링(filtering) – 방문을 분류하고 정렬하도록 해줍니다. 표시(Tag), 언어, 지역, 다음 방문일, 출판물 전한 여부 등을 사용하여 연락을 검색할 수 있습니다.
• 지도 보기 – 방문 위치를 보여줍니다. 주소를 검색하거나, 차량이나 구역, 왕국회관, 집 등의 위치를 표시할 수 있습니다. 지도의 특정 위치에서 길게 눌러서 새로운 연락을 추가할 수 있습니다.
• 라이브러리 – 전체 출판물과 동영상을 관리합니다. 각 항목을 보기 쉽도록 표지를 넣는 옵션도 있습니다. 동영상은 오프라인용으로 다운로드(download)하거나 혹은 저장공간 절약용으로 스트림(stream)으로 선택할 수 있습니다. 설치 후 출판물 목록에 내용이 하나도 없습니다. 사용자가 필요에 따라 추가해야 합니다.
• 웹사이트 – 내장된 브라우저로 웹페이지 내용을 보여줍니다. 즐겨찾는 웹사이트를 보관할 수 있습니다. 테마에 따른 Reader View를 지원합니다. Reader View는 공식 웹사이트에서 내용을 볼 때, 중국어 글자 위에 중국어 병음(Pinyin), 주음(Zhuyin), 예일(Yale), 시드니 Lau 등을 지원합니다.
• 월간 활동 – 계획 시간 대비 실제 시간에 대하여 일간 활동을 계획합니다. 진행된 시간은 봉사시간이 잘 진행되고 있는지 나타냅니다.
• 봉사연도 – 봉사연도에 대한 월별 시간 및 활동 요약을 한눈에 보여줍니다. 진행된 시간은 연간목표에 달하고 있는지 나타냅니다..
• 계획하기 – 연간, 월간, 일간 시간 목표를 지정합니다. 이것은 월간과 연간 진행 상황을 추적하는 데 사용됩니다. 일간 계획을 월별로 반영하고 진행된 시간을 보여주어서, 시간 여유가 있는지 아니면 계획을 더 서둘러야 할지 쉽게 알 수 있게 합니다.
• 봉사 짝 – 일별 봉사 짝을 마련합니다. 문자 메시지(SMS), 전화, 혹은 메신저 앱으로 봉사 짝과 연락하고, 마련이 확정되었는지 여부를 표시합니다. 달력 상의 아이콘은 마련된 짝을 나타냅니다. (선택 사항) iOS 달력과 연결할 수 있습니다.
• 보고하기 – 여러 가지 배려시간과 이월 시간을 지원합니다. 봉사보고를 Email, TXT, Telegram, WhatsApp, LINE or Hourglass를 사용하여 보낼 수 있습니다. 감독자 세부사항 및 보고 옵션을 설정할 수 있습니다.

• Added limited support for Campaign Map assignments from Territory Helper. Some users are only allowed to see the maps assigned to them. Because ServicePlanner did not have any Campaign support, these users could not see maps they were assigned as part of a Memorial Campaign. They can now view these assigned maps and also return the map when completed.
• Minor bug fixes.

* Sharing using the Summary Email will now include a file attachment that another ServicePlanner user can use to directly import the Contact.
* You can share just the file (without the email) and send via AirDrop or using messaging apps like Telegram, WhatsApp, Viber etc.
New Manual Backup / Restore
========================
As an alternative to Dropbox Sync, you can now use the new Manual Backup option. Send the backup via AirDrop to another device, or store it using a cloud service or file sharing app. You can also email the backup via the default Mail app which will use the free Mail Drop solution to store the file for 30 days. The point is - you get to choose.
To restore the backup, simply locate the ZIP file and choose to "Open in..." ServicePlanner.
The Manual Backup feature includes an optional Reminder service - choose to be reminded every 7, 14, 30 or 60 days.
