Fixes a crash of the Watch App for feeds which lack certain information

Bugfix in Watch App: Because of a recent change within the watchOS the contextual menu did not open on the Apple Watch. Now the menu will open again via long-press gesture and in addition there's also a normal button to open the same menu.

- There's a new color scheme available for the text output of the reader mode. Fixes some color glitches when switching between dark and normal mode under iOS 15

- Fixes a potential crash with Feeds where the associated web pages for the articles have no content.

This update is only relevant for users who are still using very old devices with iOS 9 where it fixes a crash when launching the App.

- New Widget available for iOS 14. The widget always shows the latest received articles from selected feeds with their title and a short teaser text. Depending of the widget size only 1 (small), 2 (medium) or 5 (large) articles can be shown. Tapping on an entry within the widget opens this articles in the Legi App. In the settings you can configure which feeds should show in the widget. - Improved "Reader view": The reader view is now able to get the article text even from web sites with a "chaotic" structure, where older releases were only be able to get parts of the article. - Fixes an issue where swiping through articles could show the wrong article photo under certain circumstances - Fixes an issue where RSS feeds were missing IDs and links for the articles, which could result that these articles were listed multiple times.

- The App now accepts certain errors in invalid XML code of RSS feeds as well. Therefore a few invalid feeds which were not recognized before can be subscribed successfully now. - Fixes a bug for "Playlists" where the speech output could use the wrong voice (wrong language) if the playlist contains feeds in different languages.

Fixes a crash under iOS 13.4 for feeds which embed (empty) images which are not coming from "http"/"https" sources.

Solves an issue when a large number of articles and feeds was stored within the App that after the first App launch the App could be stuck for a few seconds.

- Reduces the memory usage when loading the full text with poster images enabled. Extra large images will be now scaled down to a size which matches the screen size and resolution of the device. This can reduce the memory footprint a lot. - Also supports feeds which do not include any text at all, but only an image - Fixes an issue when manually adding a feed, in which case the option to load the full text was not evaluated. - Solves an issue with watchOS 6 where the communication between Watch and iPhone App was extremely slow

- It is now possible to automatically send new articles to the Watch App, so you do not need to do this manually anymore (though this is still possible in order to do the sync right now) Bugfix: The Watch App will now correctly remove old articles when needed

- In the settings for a particular feed it's now possible to configure if the full text should be loaded from the website. By default this should be enabled, because most feeds do not include the full text itself. Only a few RSS feeds do provide the full text themselves, and for these feeds loading the full text separately can be omitted. - The smart playlists can be also sorted strictly by daten and time, instead of grouping them by date and feed. The "sort" button will toggle between these two modes. - There's a new option in the settings to keep Cookies. Cookies are small data snippets which a web site stores in a browser to save its state (for example the login state). Normally this option can be off, so the App does not save anything. But in case you're subscribing to a feed whose web site requires cookies to keep its status and otherwise would not provide any content, you may enable this option.

- The App could crash, if a web site "embedded" images without providing URLs for the images.
