These prices are for United States customers. Pricing in other countries may vary and actual charges may be converted to your local currency depending on the country of residence. 불면증 있는 분들 꼭 써보세요

그냥 소리만 나오는 게 아니라 명상을 도와주는 사람 목소리가 같이 나옵니다. 사람 목소리만 볼륨조절 하는것도 가능해요. 목소리 듣기 싫은 분은 그냥 꺼 놓으시면 됩니다.영어를 어느 정도 알아들으신다면 (수능 듣기평가 괜찮을 정도), 명상 따라가는 데에 전혀 무리가 없습니다.저는 원래 불면증이 있어서 잠을 잘 못 잡니다. 어제 정말 큰 스트레스도 받았는데, 소리 들으면서 지시대로 하니까 언제 잠들었는지도 모르고 푹 잤어요.들을 때 너무 영어 듣는 것에 집착하지 마시고, 한번 편하게 누워서 써보세요. 정말 좋습니다.
