Hm took 15 min to complete the test on IG, made payment and downloaded the app. There is no where i can check the test result on the app. I am puzzled whether I just fell into another auto-subscription scam ..

Quite useless/high cost

Quite a useless app to be honest. More useful for kids, not for adults. It’s just a lot of generic tests and basic information. And paying 9 dollars per week for it is absurd.Also, the app itself has many features not working, you can’t reach out to support from the app. They have a website and an app and they seem to not be connected, I signed up for a free trial on the website and I couldn’t cancel it or reach support from the app. And I found it hard to log in on the website again. Then I was billed for the premium around 25 usd (which is according to the support because I signed up on the website. But it didn’t show up via my app so I didn’t even know the trial was coming to an end). Anyway, really bad service. If you are going to bill people that much you have to put everything together, otherwise it feels like a scam.

Cancelled subscription but still charged

I specifically remember cancelling my subscription during my one week trial, yet the app still charged me for the next billing cycle. Upon contacting customer service, they said they are unable to refund despite being a glitch in the system. Furthermore there was no notice that the trial period was ending. I repeat, problems are 1) cancellation process is purposely complicated to navigate. 2) no refunds despite being a system glitch. 3) no notification that the one week trial was ending. Customers should not be held accountable for bugs with the app. Simple as that. Do not tell me to contact customer service. I already have and received ignorant response. The easy way out is, as shown in many many other reviews, fix the issue app and start giving back refunds to customers.

I hate these apps that force you to accept a subscription just to download the app. It’s such a scam because of course everyone forgets to cancel the subscription that they didn’t even want. I swear this app just makes money off people with mental health issues who are more likely to forget about or cancel their subscriptions! Seriously disgusting! I want a refund!
