일주일 무료 트라이얼이라 해서 주저없이 결제 일단 했는데 바로 연간 결제 과금되고 무료 트라이얼은 일부 피쳐 애드온 한정. 웹사이트가 번역본이고 환불 요청도 엄청 하기 어렵게 설계돼서 겨우 고객센터 찾아 한번도 안 쓴거고 당일 잘못 결제한 거니 환불해달라고 했으나 안된다는 답변만 기계처럼 계속 옴. 심지어 월 결제도 아니고 연 결제로 9.2만원 차지. 계속 환불 안 해줘서 어쩔 수 없이 써봤는데 AI자막 퀄 너무 별로. 제작사가 중국 심천에 있는듯한데 여튼 고객으로서 경험은 너무 별로라 안 쓰고 싶지만 결제한 금액이 있어 어쩔 수 없이 강제로 써야할 판. 브랜드가 신뢰를 주면 장기 고객이 되지만 고객에 신뢰를 못줘서 어쩔 수없이 억지로 단기 고객 ㅎ심지어 AI 자막 자동인식도 별루여서 못 써먹겠음
