The DiT Agreement is complex, hospitals make payroll mistakes, and you are busy! DiT Pay Check will help ensure that you are paid your full entitlements under the DiT Agreement.
Simply set up your profile and preferences, enter your shifts, and let the app calculate your ordinary pay, overtime, night penalties, late finish penalties, short notice shift change penalties, public holiday and weekend penalties, on-call allowances, education allowances, meal allowances, uniform allowances, leave payments and more!
You can set default start/end times for both day and night shifts, for easy entry of multiple shifts. The app can automatically sync your shifts to your preferred calendar, for easy sharing with others.
The app generates a report that you can email to your hospital's payroll office if (or when!) you need to query your pay.

Version 2.1.3: Updated to reflect an error in the DiT Agreement in relation to the rate payable for general on-call shifts. The rates shown in schedule 2.2 don't align with clause 38.3, and (surprise!) the hospitals are paying the lower of the two rates. This means that on-call shifts are being paid at a significantly lower rate under the current agreement compared to the previous agreement, although doctors should also be paid for remote recall hours when answering calls while on-call. Some additional minor bug fixes to reflect increased allowances after 1 Sept 2023.

The 2022 DiT Pay Agreement is finally here and so is DiT PayCheck v2.0!
- All new 2022/2023 pay rates and penalty calculations
- New call tracker: easily keep a record of calls received at home when on-call ("remote recall"), and the app will automatically calculate the number of hours you should be paid and the appropriate rate
- Option to keep using the 2018 Agreement to check your pay until your hospital moves to the 2022 Agreement
- "Recalled to hospital" shifts have been replaced with "recall hours" for each general on-call shift
Note: Roster Check, which analyses your roster and checks for minimum breaks between shifts, maximum shift length etc, has not (yet!) been updated for the 2022 Agreement.
